Two options: one fixed size, or a range to choose from. Postcards travel through mechanised sorting without an envelope, so postal minimums for thickness and size shape the specification more than the design does. Filter by whether you want the decision made for you.

5″ × 7″, one fixed size: a straightforward mailing, no size decision.
If you have no reason to prefer a particular size, the fixed 5 x 7 removes the decision and comfortably carries an image and a message within normal postal handling. If you are mailing in volume, size is worth choosing deliberately: each size sits in a different postal bracket, and across thousands of pieces that per-piece difference usually outweighs every other consideration in the specification.
Two build details matter. Most postal services set a minimum thickness for unenveloped mail, which is why these run on cardstock rather than a lighter sheet. Check your carrier before ordering. And the two faces usually want different finishes: gloss or matte on the image side to survive the post, uncoated on the address side, because a gloss surface will not take pen or a handwritten addition.
