Short version: we take the details you send with a quote request, we email them to our own team, and that is it. There is no analytics package on this site and no advertising trackers.
Every form on this site is a way of starting a conversation about a print job. Depending on which one you use, you may send us your name, company, email address, phone number, a description of the job, and artwork files.
You choose what to put in those fields. Only an email address is ever required. If you would rather not put your phone number in a web form, leave it out and call us instead.
The newsletter box in the footer takes an email address and nothing else.
Form submissions are emailed straight to our team at [email protected], with any artwork attached. They are not written to a website database, and there is no customer account system here to hold them.
That means the practical home of your inquiry is our email and our production records, handled the same way as an inquiry that arrives by phone.
This site runs no analytics. There is no Google Analytics tag, no advertising pixel, no session recorder and no cross-site tracking cookie. We do not build a profile of your visit and we have nothing to sell to anyone who would like one.
We do not sell, rent or trade your details. We do not send your information to marketing partners.
No payment information is taken on this website. Pricing is handled by quote and settled directly with our team, so there is no card form here to hand your details to.
Three third parties are involved in serving this site, and it is worth being precise about what each one sees.
Cloudflare delivers the site and sits in front of it, so it processes the ordinary connection information any web host would: your IP address, your browser type and the pages requested.
Cloudflare Turnstile runs the "are you a person" check on our forms. It is the privacy-conscious alternative to a puzzle CAPTCHA and does not track you across other websites.
jsDelivr serves the animation library the homepage uses. Loading a file from it means your browser makes a request to that network.
To stop our forms being used to send bulk spam, the server keeps a short-lived counter of recent submissions. It does not store your IP address. It stores a one-way hash of it alongside a few timestamps, in temporary storage, and the entry expires by itself.
The hash cannot be turned back into an address. It exists only so the server can recognize that the same sender has posted several times in a row.
Every form also carries a hidden field that real people never fill in. Automated submissions tend to fill it in, which is how we spot them.
Your artwork stays yours. We use it to produce your job and to show you a proof, and nothing else. It does not appear in our own marketing without you agreeing to it first.
We keep approved artwork and the specification it was printed to on file so that a reorder can go straight to production instead of starting from scratch. That is the practical reason for holding it, and it is the reason a repeat order is faster and cheaper than the first one.
If you would rather we did not, say so and we will delete your files.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] or call (877) 335-8734 and we will deal with it directly.
If you signed up for the newsletter, every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and using it takes you off the list straight away.
