Building Your Own Decision Framework
The pattern across all four categories is the same: identify the one thing that actually threatens the product (impact, first impression, creasing, or freshness) and let that drive the structure. Material and finish are real decisions, but they're downstream of that first call. A business selling across more than one of these categories usually needs more than one packaging spec, not one box style stretched to cover everything it ships.
